Enactus Leadership Training is a focused development program designed to equip student leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively lead their teams and drive impact. Through interactive sessions and practical tools, this training empowers Enactus leaders to manage projects, inspire their peers, and represent their teams with excellence throughout the Enactus year.
Campus Training
Campus Training is a hands-on session aimed at helping students understand how to build and run impactful social enterprises. Training covers key concepts such as identifying problems, developing solutions, creating prototypes, building business models, and learning basic business skills like budgeting, marketing, and pitching. It also prepares teams for competitions by guiding them through project planning and Enactus readiness requirements.
Pre-Competition Training
This focused training session prepares teams for upcoming Enactus competitions by refining their presentations, aligning projects with judging criteria, and enhancing storytelling skills. Teams also receive feedback on their enterprise readiness and learn how to effectively communicate their impact to judges.
